At Oxford Street Gallery, our goal is to provide you with high-quality artwork that you’ll love.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. You must notify us within 14 days from delivery of artwork by emailing hello@oxfordstgallery.com.

Returns

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

• Items must not be returned without prior authorization.

• Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
