ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10.00am - 5.00pm Tuesday to Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 
For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and 
displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@oxfordstgallery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
