About the artist:

Myra Mitchell is an award-winning artist based in Perth, Western Australia whose creative journey began designing and making jewellery before evolving into painting on canvas in 2007.

Painting in a contemporary style, Myra combines abstract and semi abstract elements to explore emotion and experience through paint. Her intuitive approach, coupled with a distinctive mastery of colour, allows her to crate expressive and engaging works. Her primary mediums are acrylic and watercolour.
