Jasmine has an excellent contemporary style. She draws from photographs that represent family moments and the Australian lifestyle, using a simplified impressionistic style turning them into scenes that are familiar and nostalgic for everyone.

About the artist

Jasmine is a figurative painter and former journalist, so storytelling is naturally at the core of her practice. Her background interviewing Australians from all walks of life has taught her to observe people closely, a skill that now informs my approach to painting.
